As with so many supercar companies, Lamborghini was the vision of one man: Ferruccio Lamborghini. He founded it in 1962 after a successful career making tractors. Gumpert are teasing two new cars for Geneva 2012
Gumpert has revealed they are heading to the 2012 Geneva Motor Show with two debuts. One should be a production version of the Gumpert Tornante. Back in November we reported that Gumpert were teasing a new car debut for the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, which we concluded (or hoped) would be a production version of the Gumpert Tornante by TOURING we saw at the Geneva show in 2011.
BMW today confirmed it will produce an all-new X7 model at its Spartanburg, US plant – reinforcing the American factory’s position as BMW’s largest production facility in the world. The new X7 is expected to be a large seven-seat range-topper that will appeal to the US market; it will probably be a rival to the Mercedes-Benz GL – and thus potentially be a premium alternative to the luxury Range Rover.
